Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands.
- Roll the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs and place them in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then top with the remaining 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for another 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the meatballs are cooked through.
- Let the meatball bake cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
